Casa Poggibonsi al Mar - nur ein paar Schritte vom wunderschönen Strand der Cala Llombards entfernt. Neu erbaut in bevorzugter Lage von Cala Llombards - ein herrlicher Ort für einen Strandurlaub in jeder Jahreszeit.

Bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt notwendig ist bietet das Haus ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen in 2 Schlafzimmern. Die klimatisierten (warm/kalt) Räume sind elegant und durchdacht eingerichtet.

Im Erdgeschoss finden sich der offene Wohn- und Essbereich mit einer offenen Küche. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (wahlweise mit zwei Einzelbetten) und ein Bad stehen im Erdgeschoss zur Verfügung.

In der oberen Etage befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse. Sowohl Terrasse wie auch das Schlafzimmer bieten einen fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer. Ein Bad befindet sich ebenfalls im oberen Stockwerk.

Von dieser Terrasse führt eine offene Treppe zur Dachterrasse. Von hier aus sieht man über das Meer zum Felsenbogen Es Pontas und in Richtung Cala Santanyi.

Das Haus ist umgeben von weitläufigen Terrassen. Eine Durchreiche öffnet die Küche zum Poolbereich. Dort gibt es einen BBQ-Grill mit Gas, so dass sich problemlos die Sommerküche eröffnen lässt.

Ein Essbereich im Freien steht zur Verfügung, mit großem Esstisch für 6 bis 8 Personen. Auch vom Garten aus gibt es teilweise Meerblick.

Im Garten befindet sich der Pool und Sonnenterrassen.

Der Pool misst an der längsten Stelle 7,30 m und ist bis zu 3,25 m breit. 

Besonders am Casa Poggibonsi ist nicht nur der wundervolle Ausblick auf das Meer: In etwa 50 Metern Entfernung befindet sich eine Treppe, von der aus man einen Badeplatz (Felsplateau) in der Cala Llombards erreichen kann. Dort sind in der Badesaison Badeleitern angebracht. Den feinsandige Strand der Cala Llombards erreicht man von dort aus nach einem kurzen Fussweg (3 Minuten).

In der Cala Llombards stehen Liegen und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung (gegen Gebühr).

Der Südosten Mallorcas ist bekannt für seine wunderschönen Strände und Buchten. Hier ist das Leben ursprünglich aber durch die gut organisierte Infrastruktur ist der Aufenthalt in der Gegend um Santanyi sehr angenehm. Restaurants und Cafés finden sich im Ort; viele interessante Geschäfte, Galerien und auch Handwerksbetriebe gibt es zu entdecken. Der Markt von Santanyi mittwochs und samstags, inselweit sehr bekannt und beliebt, ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Well equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay, the house offers enough space for 4 persons in 2 bedrooms. The air-conditioned (warm/cold) rooms are elegantly and thoughtfully furnished.

On the ground floor there is an open living and dining area with an open kitchen. A bedroom with a double bed (optionally with two single beds) and a bathroom are available on the ground floor.

On the upper floor is the master bedroom with access to the terrace. Both the terrace and the bedroom offer fantastic sea views. There is also a bathroom upstairs.

From this terrace an open staircase leads to the roof terrace. From here you can see over the sea to the rock arch of Es Pontas and towards Cala Santanyi.

The house is surrounded by spacious terraces. A hatch opens the kitchen to the pool area. There is a BBQ grill with gas, so that the summer kitchen can be opened without problems.

An outdoor dining area is available, with a large dining table for 6 to 8 people. Also from the garden there is partial sea view.

In the garden is the pool and sun terraces.

 The pool measures 7,30 m at the longest point and is up to 3,25 m wide. 

Especially at Casa Poggibonsi there is not only the wonderful view to the sea: at a distance of about 50 metres there is a staircase from which one can reach a bathing place (rock plateau) in Cala Llombards. In the bathing season, bathing ladders are attached there. The fine sandy beach of Cala Llombards can be reached from there after a short walk (3 minutes).

In the Cala Llombards sunbeds and parasols are available (for a fee).

The southeast of Mallorca is famous for its beautiful beaches and bays. Here the life is original but due to the well organized infrastructure the stay in the area around Santanyi is very pleasant. There are restaurants and cafés in the town, and there are many interesting shops, galleries and handicraft businesses to discover. The Santanyi market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, well known and popular throughout the island, is well worth a visit.
